A Journey That Shaped Our Mission

At Synergy MedSpa MD, our mission was shaped through a season that forever changed our family. In 2020, our daughter and lead esthetician, Fayth Garmley, was diagnosed at just 19 years old with Angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. Her journey through chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, and countless hospital visits ultimately brought us to Houston, Texas, where she received specialized care and where our faith was tested and strengthened in ways we never expected.

Walking through that season reshaped our understanding of true care. We witnessed firsthand how deeply cancer affects not only the body, but the spirit and the loved ones standing beside each patient. It refined our values. It deepened our compassion. It clarified our purpose. Opening Synergy MedSpa MD in Houston was not just a business decision, it was part of that journey. It was rooted in resilience, faith, and a desire to serve with greater intention.

Today, our mission extends beyond aesthetics. We are committed to delivering medically responsible, results driven treatments while serving our community with heart. Fayth became certified to perform the iS Clinical Harmony Facial, designed specifically for individuals undergoing cancer therapy, and carries a deep passion to give back to those affected. Through our Cancer Care Facial Program, we offer not only professional skincare, but empathy, dignity, and hope during one of life’s most difficult seasons.
