Michael Holloway, MD is the Founder and Medical Director of Synergy MedSpa MD, bringing over 23 years of medical experience with a specialized focus in medical aesthetics, weight management, and performance driven wellness. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Dr. Holloway earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Florida and completed his surgical internship at Duke University. His medical background is rooted in precision, anatomy, and evidence based care.

As a physician leader in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Holloway has completed extensive advanced training in injectables and non surgical facial rejuvenation. He is recognized as a master injector with deep expertise in facial anatomy, treatment safety, and natural looking results. Dr. Holloway is also a national speaker and educator for skincare and aesthetic brands, where he trains and mentors other medical professionals on best practices, advanced techniques, and patient safety. His approach emphasizes balance, structure, and long term outcomes rather than trends or over treatment.

Dr. Holloway’s philosophy is heavily influenced by his background as an elite athlete. A competitive pole vaulter for more than 13 years, he earned five SEC Championship titles while competing for the University of Florida and set multiple records, including the highest vault in Florida state history at over nineteen feet. He competed in the 1992 and 1996 U.S. Olympic Trials and internationally, and was inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003. This lifelong commitment to discipline, performance, and physical optimization shapes his holistic view of health and aesthetics.

Fayth Garmley stands as a trusted authority in advanced skin care in her role as Lead Esthetician, combining extensive clinical training with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. As a licensed esthetician, Fayth brings a results driven approach to skin health, grounded in education, precision, and personalized care.

Her journey in the wellness and aesthetics industry includes a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and medical spa environments. With experience at the prestigious Breakers Resort, Fayth developed a deep appreciation for elevated service standards, attention to detail, and exceptional client care. This background continues to shape her ability to create an experience that feels both professional and welcoming, while remaining focused on results.

As Lead Esthetician, Fayth has trained extensively with top medical grade cosmeceutical experts, gaining advanced knowledge in corrective skin care treatments and professional product lines. Her expertise includes acne management, aging and compromised skin, pigmentation concerns, barrier repair, and post treatment recovery.
